It began in 1999 at Jazzfm with the continuation of the Nu Cool series and the creation of a chill-out compilation called Serve Chilled. Both titles released on a brand new label called Hedkandi. It was swiftly followed by a radio show, and then a club event that travelled around the world. It was never about big name DJs, it was about the show, the music and you... 25 years later it's time to celebrate all things Kandi with one very special event. This event is the official launch to a year of Kandi celebrations, special merchandise releases, art and much much more. This is where it begins and it's going to be something truly special. Expect amazing production, your favourite Kandi artists and a soundtrack to 25 years on the dance floor. We open our doors at 15.00 with a foyer and terrace warmup and move into the main room from 18.00 Bush Hall is located at 310 Uxbridge Road, Shepherd's Bush, West London, England. Originally a dance hall built by a publisher in 1904, it was one of a trio of London dance halls he built for each of his daughters. Bush Hall is the only surviving of the three and is now an independent music venue with a capacity of 400.
